1. Submit your CV

2. Telephone Interview

After submitting your CV you will receive a call from one of our consultants to run through your background and career aspirations.

3. Psychometric Assessment

After your qualification call you will be asked to complete a short psychometric test which will help us to match you to one of our role profiles.

4. Registration

If your profile is a fit we will invite you in to meet with us either at one of our graduate assessment days or for a one on one interview.

5. Interviews

Once registered our team will present a range of opportunities to you that match your profile and career aspirations and we will work with you to help you get the job you want.

6. Training

Once we have placed you with one of our clients you will receive access to some of the best sales training on the market which will enable you to hit the ground running.

We can receive up to 1000 graduate applications a days during the summer months and our team are constantly sifting through CV’s for candidates with sales potential.

Filter

Only 8-10% of the candidates we interview make it through to one of our assessment days and that is after we have conducted a rigorous telephone interview and psychometric assessment.

Assess

Before we represent a graduate they have to make it through one of our assessment days where they.
