Job Boards

We have an outsourced team of researchers who search the UK’s leading job boards on a daily basis for our client requirements. On average between 500 – 1000 new sales CV’s are added daily across the UK’s leading boards and our team are trained to find and filter candidates that match your brief

Advertise

Using the information you have given us we will write a range of unbranded job advertisements geared to attracting candidates that match your brief. We invest heavily in advertising our positions on the UK’s leading Job boards as well as a number of specialist sites such as LinkedIn.

Headhunting & Networking

With your input we will build a list of organisations operating in and around your industry. Using this data we will identify individuals working within these organisations that match your brief and contact them and to assess their suitability and interest in your position. We only reveal client details once we have candidate interest and a CV.

Filter

Role Filter

We filter our results against the specific criteria you give us. Whether you are looking for a business developer or an account manager, or someone with a solution sales background as opposed to a product sales background we can filter our results to match your brief. We also look at criteria such as sales cycles, industries targeted as well as they type of decision maker sold too so you know exactly what experience our candidates have before you meet them.

Sales Track Record

We record sales targets and achievements over the last 2-3 years for each candidate we submit and compare these numbers against on target earnings. We then advise our clients to cross reference these numbers against P45’s/P60’s prior to any offers being made to ensure the figures given haven’t been embellished or exaggerated.

Salary Expectation

All candidates when submitted will have current salary commission and benefits detailed as well as future expectations so you can position them against other candidates you are interviewing

Psychometric profile

We offer our clients a range of psychometric profiling tools by industry leader SHL. Two of the three tools are included as part of our service and we will give you an insight into our candidates sales preferences, drive and determination to succeed.

The psychometric profile will also highlight areas to probe at 2nd interview stage which you may not have been aware of. These areas include: sales drive, resilience and listening skills.

Secure

Offer Management

Once you have identified your successful candidate we will work with you to ensure that you position your offer at the right level. We will then work with the candidate to help them through handing in their notice and dealing with any counter offers keeping you fully up to speed along the way.

Reference check (optional)

After the offer has been made (subject to references) we will collect two referees from the candidate along with contact details. We can carry out these references on your behalf if required.

Onboard

After your new hire has been with the organisation for 4 weeks we will check in with both candidate and client to make sure that everything is going to plan.
